7:10 am � They send me home from work due to no water. I am, of course, devastated. I mean, who would want a three day weekend?

8:30 am to 6:00 pm -> Hitler�s Women Marathon on the History Channel

-> 4 Freeze frames and 2 full episodes of Murder She Wrote

-> Book the First of A Series of Unfortunate Events

7:00 pm � The Lizzie McGuire Movie on DVD with both endings.

10:45 pm � Kristin Paschen is the only person cool enough to get away with removing nail polish, painting nails, file nails and read LUCKY magazine all while playing poker.

11:00 pm � �Where do we live? I mean, what is this? The Indy 500?�

August 16, 2003

4:50 am � We wait for Chris in the Cantoni driveway. He is a bit tardy today not for over sleeping or falling asleep again. No today it is because he is waiting for his clothes to dry in the drier. We wonder things like �Does he really not have any other clothes to wear?� and �Who does laundry at this hour of the morning?�

7:45 am � �Time to get my sea eggs.� � chris

7:52 am � a man in a mustang convertible just pulled into this rest stop. He gets out of his car, removes his pants entirely. Then he walks around the parking lot a bit in his boxers. He then goes back to his car and puts his pants back on and has spent the last two minutes tucking and re-tucking in his shirt, before driving away with out getting food, gas, or using the restroom.

8:07 am � There is general excitement about the tunnel we get to drive through. There are many comments including �Is this the Cumberland Gap?� � chris

8:30 am � a billboard reads �It�s Ski Season!� � freakin� liars!

8:35 am � We find a rotting cucumber in the left captain chair in the middle of the red van with the spoiler. Touch down ralph.

9:23 am - It starts pouring rain and washes off 4 hrs and 15 minutes of bugs

9:24 am � It stops raining.

9:25 am � Katie finally figures out how to turn off the windsheild wipers.
