11:10 AM – The Peace Corps just called me. Apparently I have been medically cleared. Now they want me to leave in July to go someplace in Africa even though I have told them I can’t leave until August about 40 million times. This lady seems really sad that I would rather her share my file with other regional coordinators than leave in July for Africa. Oh well. At least it is a tiny bit of progress
11:30 AM – KT wants me to Google martinizing dry cleaning to see if it is a special kind of cleaning or just a brand *UPDATE: the verdict is that it is just a franchise, KT now you can rest easy
12:05 PM – Here at the Alameda Post Office they are rocking out to some Jewel. Convo about one of the postal workers:
KT: wow, that is a perm. I don’t think you can get that bad of a perm anymore
jessm: Unless you do it yourself at home
KT: I am dying to know how she dresses outside of work.
