I have been assinged to do service in Macedonia (a small country located above Greece)
I AM TOTALLY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!
so far my dates are from September 19, 2008 to December 13, 2010
it looks like i will be doing some community development and working with environmental non-governmental organizations
it is a mediterranean/mountainous climate with all four seasons
the official and most widely spoken language is Macedonian
it is possible I will have to learn the languages of Greek and Albanian as well
