my battle with my orthopedic foot surgeon and getting him and his staff to fill out my foot hardware form that has been raging since 31 January 2008 has finally come to a close.

I come out victorious, they have finally faxed the form and sent it in the mail to the PC office of medical services.

I will ring their fresh blood from my clothes to use as ink when I write numerous letters of complaint to the State Of Ohio Medical Board and the Summit County Medical Society.
